Schlageren-Yoga (Pränatalyoga)
A 60-minute yoga unit for coming mothers. The program includes strength exercises, breathing and relaxation exercises, as well as mobility and stretching exercises. The training is intended to provide a feeling of well-being, reduce stress and possible fears, while at the same time giving strength to the time of pregnancy. It has a positive effect on the posture and prevents, for example, back pain or other typical pregnancy problems. The pelvic floor is also trained and the whole body is prepared for pregnancy and birth. Yoga for pregnant women is a gentle strength training with relaxation elements.
