Conciliation procedure/transmission procedure

If you do not receive a satisfactory answer to notifications or requests for barrier-free information technology on this website, you can turn on the ombuds office for barrier-free information technology of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. The ombuds office is assigned to the representative for the concerns of people with disabilities and is legally anchored in §§ 10d, 10e BGG NRW and §§ 9 ff of BITV NRW. With the involvement of all parties involved, the ombudsman tries to identify the circumstances of the lack of accessibility so that the institution can fix them. This is not about finding winners or losers. Rather, the aim is to find a solution for a problem together and out of court with the aid of the conciliation site. The conciliation procedure is free. You don't need legal counsel either. The ombuds office for barrier-free information technology NRW can be reached by email at the following address: ombudstelle-barrierefrei-it@mags.nrw.de
